I am a medical educator, consultant, and innovator with over 10 years of experience in simulation-based education, experiential learning, and healthcare training. My career has been dedicated to designing and implementing innovative learning strategies that prepare healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. 

With medical training experience from NHS England, now based in a leading global institution, the Aga Khan University, I currently work at the intersection of medical education, technology, and faculty development. My expertise spans curriculum design, debriefing frameworks, simulation scenario development, gamification and faculty training—with a special focus on advancing education in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). 

Beyond my academic work, I am passionate about helping institutions and individuals leverage educational technology, AI in healthcare training, and simulation consultancy to build sustainable, future-ready programs. 

Through my work, I aim to bridge gaps in global health education, build capacity for simulation-based learning, and create scalable solutions for diverse contexts across the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond.
